Stormzy's girlfriend Maya Jama opens up about why she DISOWNED her violent jailbird father

Stormzy’s girlfriend Maya Jama has bravely opened up about how she disowned her violent father, who was jailed when she was just three.
The 22-year-old has made a documentary about growing up with a jailbird parent, and explained she cut ties with her own dad when she was 10 because he kept “doing bad things."
"One day he was out and at my grandparents’ house and he knocked on the door to speak to me and I was like, 'Nah, I don’t want to speak to you anymore,’” she told the Loose Women panel.
